Ingredients
- 220 gr salmon fillet (skin on)
- 1 bunch of broccolini
- 150 gr (1 Cup) basmati rice
- 350 ml (1 ½ cup) water
- Salt and pepper

Method
1. Turn on your Miele oven, select special application, and then select menu cooking. It will appear with a list of ingredients, select salmon in the fish section
2. The oven will tell you to lay the fish on a perforated tray, then add food and select broccolini in the vegetable section. The oven will again tell you to move them onto a perforated tray.
3. Press add food and select “basmati rice” in the grain section. The oven will then tell you what to do with the rice.
4. Once all three of the ingredients are ready to cook, select start menu cooking.
5. The oven will calculate the cooking time of each ingredient.
6. It will require you to start cooking from the longest to the shortest time, prompting you step-by-step, delivering a healthy steam cooked meal in less than 30 minutes.
7. If you own different brand combi-steam oven you can always arrange with a full steam function.
8. Start with rice, add the broccoli after 15 minutes of cooking, then add the salmon after 20 minutes, and cook for another 5 minutes.
